BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS

On the calendar above, ensure the date you plan on wearing the dress is the second day highlighted, of the hire period.

At checkout, you can choose from either Express Postage or Local Pickup in Deanside, VIC, 3336.

SHIPPING

Express Shipping with Australia Post is $30. This includes to send the dress to you, and return it back to us. You will be provided with the prepaid return satchel to return your hire back to us in.

Order Cutoff if requiring postage: This applies to last minute bookings, for the same week of hire. If your hire is to a Major Metro City where the Australia Post next day postal guarantee applies, your hire must be booked at the latest, before 12pm, the day before your event. If outside of a Metro City, requiring the hire for Friday/Saturday, your hire must be booked before 1pm Tuesday, to be posted out the same day. Any hires requiring postage, placed after 1pm Tuesday, will be shipped out on Wednesday.

BOND

When hiring any of our items, a bond is held. After placing your hire, you will be sent an email with information on how to make the bond payment. The bond is returned to you after the hire period, once the dress has been received by The Dress Nook, and provided it is returned on time, and there is no damage to the garment. RETURNING YOUR HIRE

For all hires booked over the weekend, they must be returned to our location in Deanside, prior to 7pm on that Sunday. Postal Returns must be lodged on the Monday after the weekend, before 4pm.

For all hires booked on a weekday, they must be returned to us in Deanside, before 7pm on the day following your event. Postal hires must be lodged on the day after your event, before 4pm.
