RETURNS FOR PURCHASE PRODUCTS

Purchase products refer to any pieces on The Dress Nook's 'FOR SALE' tab, as well as Booby Tape and Clutches. 

The Dress Nook do not offer refunds due to change of mind for any sale products. 

Refunds are not available for Booby Tape products, due to hygienic reasons and their intimate nature. 

All items on The Dress Nook's 'FOR SALE' page are sold in their advertised condition, and may be subject to wear and tear, unless stated otherwise. All information regarding the item's condition is outlined in the product description. 

 

CANCELLING YOUR HIRE 

Need to cancel your hire, no worries at all!

At The Dress Nook, we completely understand that things come up, and that you may not be able to attend your event as hoped.

If wanting to cancel your hire, we kindly ask for a minimum of 14 days notice, before the start date of your hire, to be eligible for a hire credit (minus cancellation fee). All cancelled hires, irrespective of notice given, are subject to a cancellation fee, as outlined below:

    • For garments with a hire value of under $200, a $40 cancellation fee applies. 
    • For garments with a hire value of over $200, a $70 cancellation fee applies. 

If you provide The Dress Nook with a minimum of 14 days notice, you will receive a hire credit for your hire, valid for 6 months from the date of cancellation. 

All hires cancelled with less than 14 days notice of the start date of your hire, are not entitled to a hire credit. This results in a complete forfeiture of your hire. However, any bonds paid for the hire will be refunded back to you. 

Important things to note:

    • After you have collected your garment in person, or received it via post, The Dress Nook do not accept any returns for change of mind. 
    • We do not offer store credits for change of mind or incorrect sizing. 

 

USING YOUR HIRE CREDIT

If you have a hire credit with The Dress Nook, please contact us so we can apply it to your next hire. 

All hire credits are valid for 6 months, unless stated otherwise. 

Hire credits cannot be split over multiple transactions, and must be used in full. If there is a price difference, and your credit is for more than the dress you wish to hire, you will forfeit the remainder of the credit. 

Hire credits are non-transferable, and remain under the original client's name, for their use only.
