Shipping policy

The cost of shipping is automatically applied at checkout and varies depending on the hire garment or item for sale. 

For hire pieces, the average shipping cost is $40. This includes the cost of shipping the garment to you, and the prepaid return label, utilising Australia Post's Express service. This equates to an average of $20 for shipping in each direction.

For heavier hire garments, the average cost of shipping is $50, equating to $25 in each direction.

When doing a postal return, please refer to our hire terms and conditions, as well as the physical pink 'How to Return' card provided with your hire, for details on how to return your dress via post.
