Cancellation Policy

Need to cancel your hire, no worries at all!

At The Dress Nook, we completely understand that things come up, and that you may not be able to attend your event as hoped.

If wanting to cancel your hire, we kindly ask for a minimum of 14 days notice, before the first date of your hire. 

If you provide us with 14 days notice, you will receive a full hire credit for your hire, valid for 3 months from the date of cancellation. 

If you do NOT provide us with 14 days notice, you are unfortnately not entitled to a store credit. 

 

Important things to note:

• After you have collected your garment, or received it via post, there are no returns whatsoever.
• We do not offer store credits for change of mind or incorrect sizing. 

 

USING YOUR HIRE CREDIT

If you have a hire credit with The Dress Nook, contact us so we can apply it to your next hire. 

Hire credits cannot be split over mutliple transactions, and must be used in full. If there is a price difference, and your credit is for more than the dress you wish to hire, you will forfeit the remainder of the credit. 

Hire credits are non-transferable, and remain under the original client's name, for their use only.
